Detailed information on the work: The work is an autobiographical representation of the author: the skeleton represents a soul stripped to the bone, its head so full of thoughts that it is overwhelmed by them. The heart still tries to reveal itself, but it cannot be easily seen, and the innocence of this body is fading, represented by the slightly transparent hands.
