What is your return policy?
Wherever you are, you have 14 days to request a return. For the EU, the Cooling-off Period is established. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer provides return shipping. Restocking fee between 22% and 25%.
Are there any purchases for which returns are not allowed?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and third-party products (such as collaborations). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment receipt. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
For the purchase of physical copies of the book, once current stock is depleted, new orders will be accepted, but not immediately fulfilled. Once a minimum of 30 copies is reached, a new print run will be executed, and the copies shipped once they arrive at the storage warehouse.
Where are your products manufactured?
Limited edition graphic prints are handmade by me in a certified print shop.
Books are printed in partnership with my trusted printing company, located in Cellole (CE). All information can be found within each volume.
Associated merchandise (stickers, wooden and acrylic keychains, etc.) is produced by an external supplier, Zhejiang Shizan Arts And Crafts Co., Ltd.
Custom clothing and apparel are produced by an external Print-On-Demand Dropshipping supplier, all information at https://www.gelato.com/
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping for each product is calculated based on your location, the print location, and the volume/weight. You will always know the total price before completing your purchase at checkout.
